NOTE:
For appraisals located west of the roundabout of Tera Cora (Curaçao), we charge an additional Naf. 75=. Appraisals for larger properties will have other prices. We ask a different amount for appraisals with rebuilding of properties. All prices are exclusive 5% sales tax.
