Sandra main focus with us is property rental. She is very social and because of this you can expect a very good service from her. She also does a lot of volunteer work on Curaçao. She would love to help people all day long. She is 200% dedicated, very reliable, thoughtful and compassionate

Laureano is originally from the Dominican Republic and he speaks fluent Spanish, as well as Dutch, English and Papiamentu. He is very patient, precise and tries to serve everyone the best he can. He also does management work for us, being very technical. He is very social and caring.

Appraisals

Jenyfeur has years of experience as an appraiser, she is very driven. Her appraisals are
detailed and look neat with very nice pictures! She knows the island because she’s a Curaçaoan and she speaks Papiamentu, Spanish, English and Dutch. Because of this she can serve everyone very well.

Rudmilda Zink

Rentals

Rudmilda is always punctual and correct, you can count on her. An incisive woman with life experience. She helps us with the rental of homes, office work and also with transfers of utilities.She was born in Curaçao and speaks fluent Papiamentu, Spanish, English and Dutch.

Sjarita Pasram

Management

Sjarita is very social and offers the listening ear. She is our messenger for the tax authorities and other government services. In addition to her work in the office, she also helps with the delivery of properties that we manage. Together with her husband, who is a contractor, she makes sure the buildings look fresh, clean and ready to live in. We are very happy with our positive mood creator, because she can always break through the work pressure and tension!

Administration

Sheida is orderly, systematic, precise and therefore the best person for our administration. She maintains everything carefully, including all the records of our management activities. This entails that both we and our customers are helped.

Angela is a good-natured warm person, young and very driven. She has years of experience as a real estate agent in Curacao. She is very commercial and also responsible for our marketing department. She is very active and motivated to serve each client in the best possible way.

Property Management

Roel is Antillean descent and therefore fluent in languages Dutch, Papiamentu, English and Spanish. A very good salesman and rental agent with experience on Curacao, he also helps us with management jobs. Our customers are always commenting on the nice and especially cozy viewings that he provides.
