Jenyfeur has years of experience as an appraiser, she is very driven. Her appraisals are
detailed and look neat with very nice pictures! She knows the island because she’s a Curaçaoan and she speaks Papiamentu, Spanish, English and Dutch. Because of this she can serve everyone very well.

Rentals

Rudmilda is always punctual and correct, you can count on her. An incisive woman with life experience. She helps us with the rental of homes, office work and also with transfers of utilities.She was born in Curaçao and speaks fluent Papiamentu, Spanish, English and Dutch.

Sjarita Pasram

Management

Sjarita is very social and offers the listening ear. She is our messenger for the tax authorities and other government services. In addition to her work in the office, she also helps with the delivery of properties that we manage. Together with her husband, who is a contractor, she makes sure the buildings look fresh, clean and ready to live in. We are very happy with our positive mood creator, because she can always break through the work pressure and tension!
